Bull case
Vulvodynia data at the turn of the year shows clear pain relief. It is a condition with no approved treatment and many patients, and women's health attracts partners. A licence agreement with payment on signing funds the company, and the ED programme comes along as a bonus. Then the market cap could go from approx. SEK 140m to 0.5–1bn (3–7x).
Bear case
The vulvodynia study shows no effect with single doses. Then only the ED programme without a partner is left, cash runs out in 2027, and a MAC loan of up to approx. DKK 21m must be repaid. An emergency issue at DKK 0.5–1 could halve or cut the share price to a third.

Business
Is the company getting stronger, not just bigger? · 4 findings−23 of −30
- −10MarginNo revenue. The net loss is DKK 28.2m (TTM) vs 13.7m in 2025, so it has doubled. The operating loss was DKK 20.9m in H1 2026 alone.
- −6Quality of growthPudafensine showed a significant effect in phase 2b against organic erectile dysfunction. The new track in vulvodynia is a small phase 2a study (24 women, single doses, crossover), which can only give proof of concept.
- −3MoatNew patents (two from the EPO in August 2026, Hong Kong in July and an FSD patent in February) protect the molecule. But the erectile dysfunction market is dominated by cheap generic PDE5 inhibitors, so the commercial moat is weak outside the niche of men who do not respond to PDE5 inhibitors.
- −4Capital allocationAfter many years of spending, the rest of the pipeline (including IP2018) was closed in April 2026, and everything is bet on one molecule. The loss has doubled while the company has only one employee.
Price
Today's multiples against the company's own history and its peers. · 2 findings−4 of −35
- −2Multiples vs own historyP/B 11.5 vs 4.7–29 in 2021–2025. The figure is distorted by a small equity base, but the stock is not cheap measured on book value. The market value (SEK 145m) is the lowest since 2021.
- −2PeersEV of about SEK 134m for a phase 2b asset without a partner is in line with Nordic biotech peers at the same stage. The discount reflects that nobody has wanted to license the ED program.
Cracks
Cash flow, customers, debt, insiders, guidance and what sits behind the headline numbers. · 6 findings−23 of −35
- −7FundingCash was DKK 17.1m at 30/6 (26.3m at the turn of the year). The company writes that the money lasts 'into 2027'. A new issue is likely in H1 2027, especially if vulvodynia data disappoint.
- −4Debt from the MAC agreementMAC Clinical Research is funding the vulvodynia study with a convertible credit of up to GBP 2.5m (about DKK 21m). The conversion price is 40% above TERP in the 2025 issue and is far above today's price, so the credit will probably become a 3-year loan at 1%. Debt is already DKK 9.7m, and a full draw exceeds the current cash.
- −4DilutionThe share count has risen from 43.8m (2021) to 68.5m (+56%), of which +22% after the rights issue of SEK 48m in 2025.
- −4PartnerThe positive phase 2b data in erectile dysfunction has not led to a licence deal in the years since. That is a warning sign about how attractive the programme is to the big companies.
- −3Clinical riskAll the value now depends on topline data from the vulvodynia study (24 patients, single doses) at the end of 2026. In case of a negative result the company is left with only the ED programme without a partner.
- −1Share price riskThe price has fallen 39% over a year and is below both the 50-day average (2.35) and the 200-day average (2.82). Turnover is low (about DKK 145k/day).
Plus
Only documented strengths. · 1 finding+1 of +15
- +1Patent protection and non-dilutive study fundingThree new patent approvals for pudafensine in 2026 (EPO ×2 and Hong Kong). The vulvodynia study is paid for by MAC without an issue.
