Business

Is the company getting stronger, not just bigger? · 4 findings
−29 of −30
  • Margin
Negative gross profit (−USD 0.45m TTM, gross margin −24%) and operating loss of 44.5m on revenue of 1.9m (operating margin approx. −2,400%). Q2 2026: revenue 0.7m, net loss 9.1m, adjusted EBITDA −8.7m.
    −14
  • Quality of growth
Revenue has fallen from 3.5m (2022) to 1.5 (2023), 0.8 (2024) and 1.0m (2025); TTM 1.9m. The order backlog was only USD 1m at 30/6-2026, and guidance of 4-6m for 2026 requires 2.8-4.8m in H2 vs 1.2m in H1. Series production has been postponed several years since the SPAC listing in 2021.
    −6
  • Capital allocation
Share count +30% over a year before the September issue and about +56% including it. Issues at falling prices: USD 3.20 (2024), 1.40 (January 2026, 16.1m) and 0.60 (September 2026, 15m via pre-funded warrants). Accumulated losses of about USD 47m a year for five years.
    −6
  • Moat
Technologically strong chipset (very high channel density in 4D imaging radar), but competition is tough: Mobileye is developing its own imaging radar, NXP, Texas Instruments and Chinese Calterah sell radar chips in volume, and Ambarella bought Oculii. Arbe depends on Tier-1 partners (HiRain, Sensrad) to reach the car makers.

Price

−4 of −35
  • Multiples vs own history
EV/Sales 33 TTM vs 85 (2025), 224 (2024), 82 (2023) and 43 (2022); P/B 1.9 vs 3.3-7.2 in the last four years. Low vs its own history, but the history is a hype period after the SPAC listing.
    −1
  • Peers and absolute level
Pro forma EV approx. 45m USD (market cap 93m minus approx. 48m free cash) corresponds to approx. 9x mid-2026 guidance (5m) and approx. 2x analysts' 2027 estimate (21.7m). Innoviz trades at EV/Sales 1.7 and Mobileye at 2.5 on real revenue.
    −3

Cracks

Cash flow, customers, debt, insiders, guidance and what sits behind the headline numbers. · 4 findings
−20 of −35
  • Nasdaq listing
Nasdaq notice 13/4-2026 on price below USD 1 with deadline 12/10-2026. The price is USD 0.61, so the requirement will not be met; the company can seek a new 180-day period (to approx. April 2027) by promising a reverse split if necessary. Delisting to OTC would mean the share cannot be traded on Nordnet (the TASE listing remains).
    −5
  • Funding and dilution
Operating burn USD 11.9m in Q2 and 20.6m in H1 2026. Even with the September issue (about 14m net) the cash lasts only about 16 months from 30/6 at the current pace; the target of under 7m per quarter has not been reached. Another issue in 2027 is likely, and a reverse split may follow.
    −6
  • Customer and China dependence
Revenue comes from a few customers: Sweden (Tier-1 Sensrad) about 40% of TTM, the rest primarily China (HiRain, BAIC programs) and the USA. The largest design win (the L3 program) is Chinese, which gives geopolitical risk for an Israeli chip supplier in the US/China trade conflict.
    −4
  • Execution
Series production for car makers has been pushed back repeatedly: HiRain's series deliveries for the L3 programme start only in Q4 2027. An order backlog of USD 1m gives low visibility for guidance of 4–6m, and the escrowed bond funds (24.3m) are not released, as the price condition of USD 3.10 is unattainable.
    −5

Plus

Only documented strengths. · 2 findings
+3 of +15
  • Design win
HiRain and Arbe selected by one of the world's largest automotive groups for a Level 3 programme across several brands in China, with series deliveries from Q4 2027.
    +2
  • Cost discipline
Operating costs fell to USD 9.8m in Q2 2026 from 11.3m a year earlier, and net loss fell from 10.2 to 9.1m, while revenue rose 160%.
    +1

Caveats

What the score does not capture, or where the data is weak.
Israeli company (foreign private issuer): files 6-K/20-F, no 10-Q and no Form 4, so insider trades are not visible as with US companies. Price USD 0.6126 (2/10-2026). Stockanalysis' share count (127.3m) is outdated: the issue of 25–28/9-2026 added 0.83m shares and 24.17m pre-funded warrants at USD 0.60, so the real number is approx. 152.3m and market cap approx. USD 93m (DKK 614m), not 78m. Convertible bonds (USD 24.0m, TASE) are covered by USD 24.3m held in escrow with the trustee and must be redeemed on 31/12-2026 because the price condition (USD 3.10) cannot be reached; they are therefore treated as neutral for cash. Analysts' price targets (USD 2.00–3.50, average 2.75) were set before the issue at USD 0.60 and are probably outdated. No going concern warning and no active ATM program found (Jefferies ATM terminated January 2025). Industry: 4D radar chips for cars, defense and robots placed under 'Semiconductors'.
