Caveats
What the score does not capture, or where the data is weak.
Q3 2026 has NOT been reported yet (29 Oct); figures run to 30 Jun 2026. Trailing P/E 9.5 is low because the 2025 result was weighed down by a loss on debt extinguishment; it is not a sign of cheapness. FCF is negative due to the newbuild programme. Elliott (over 10%) is an activist, but that gives no points, nor do 13F purchases. The exact net leverage for Q2 2026 and the newbuild plan for 2027–2028 have not been checked in the company's own figures. Industry: cruise = 'Transport & logistics' (closest).
