Bull case
The assays confirm Anatacau as a new major discovery 20 km from Rio Tinto's Galaxy project, the Mirage resource grows towards 80–100 Mt, and the lithium price keeps rising. Then the market cap could go from about C$69m to C$200–300m (3–4x) – the level at which James Bay peers with similar resources have been traded or acquired.
Bear case
The assays disappoint, the lithium price falls again, and the company has to raise C$5–8m at C$0.12–0.18 (+15–25% shares) every year. The price could then fall back towards the 2024 level (C$0.16) or lower; real zero risk is low in the short term because the resource can be sold or optioned.

Business
Is the company getting stronger, not just bigger? · 3 findings−22 of −30
- −12MarginNo revenue; operating result −C$3.3m and FCF −C$7.3m TTM (ROE −11%, counted only here). There have been losses every year since 2021 (operating loss of C$5.7–8.9m in 2022–24), and equity has been built by issues: C$65m in share capital vs an accumulated deficit of C$47m.
- −7Resource and studiesMirage has an inferred resource of 52.2 Mt with 1.08% Li2O (pit-constrained, approx. 550,000 t Li2O, 100% owned). It is large, but only inferred, with no economic assessment (no PEA) and in a remote area approx. 40 km from the Trans-Taiga road. The exploration target of 40–50 Mt is conceptual.
- −3Capital allocationA small cash pile (about C$5m) is spread across projects in Canada, Greenland and Saudi Arabia; in February 2026 the company bought more lithium targets in Greenland instead of focusing the funds on taking Mirage toward a PEA.
Price
Today's multiples against the company's own history and its peers. · 1 finding−5 of −35
- −5Valuation vs history and resourceP/B 2.46 vs 1.8–8.2 in 2021–25 (middle of the range) and EV approx. CAD 64m, i.e. approx. CAD 115 per ton of Li2O in inferred resource. It is not expensive for a large hard-rock resource, but without a PEA, infrastructure and measured/indicated tons there is no economics to measure the price against, and the stock has risen 68% in a year.
Cracks
Cash flow, customers, debt, insiders, guidance and what sits behind the headline numbers. · 3 findings−19 of −35
- −9DilutionThe share count has risen 23.5% over a year and 6–46% every year since 2021 (282.4m shares now). The placement in March 2026 (21.8m units at C$0.25) also gave about 10.9m warrants at C$0.35 until 2029.
- −6FundingCash of C$5.1m at 30/6-2026 and no loans vs FCF spending of approx. C$1.8m per quarter (TTM) – before the summer's 6,000 m drilling program. Runway is approx. 8 months, so a new issue in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027 is almost certain.
- −4Lithium cycle and binary drilling resultsThe price is driven by lithium sentiment (+68% over 52 weeks, RSI 69) and by a visual estimate (202 m with about 25% spodumene at Anatacau), where assay results are not yet available. If the assays or the lithium price disappoint, the price could quickly fall back toward C$0.16 (50-day average).
Plus
Only documented strengths. · 2 findings+3 of +15
- +2Insider participationThe placement in February–March 2026 was 'insider-led' and was increased from 4.0 to 5.5m C$ due to demand; insiders own approx. 16.9%.
- +1Debt-free balance sheetNo financial debt and net cash of C$5.1m (c. 7% of market cap).
