Business
Is the company getting stronger, not just bigger? · 3 findings−26 of −30
- −11MarginNo revenue. Operating loss about CAD 1m and FCF −CAD 0.8m over the last 12 months (ROE −29%, counted only here).
- −11Future segment and project maturityGrønne Bjerg is only at sampling and pilot-test level (15 t of ore sent for testing in Ontario; only a provisional US patent application). Alumina from anorthosite is not commercially proven, and there is no published resource, no economic study and no exploitation licence (application planned for 2026).
- −4Capital allocation and track recordUnder the name Hudson the company built the White Mountain mine in 2019 but ended up as a minority owner (31%) of Lumina and took a CAD 4.7m loss on the investment in fiscal 2022. Since then assets have been sold (Sarfartoq) rather than value being built.
Price
Today's multiples against the company's own history and its peers. · 1 finding−21 of −35
- −21Valuation vs historyMarket value is +296% in a year (to CAD 25m, EV about 22m) with no new resource or study. P/B is 5.5 vs 2.1–2.2 in fiscal 2024–25 (7.6 in March 2026), and the entire EV is a pure option on untested technology.
Cracks
Cash flow, customers, debt, insiders, guidance and what sits behind the headline numbers. · 3 findings−17 of −35
- −10FundingCash was CAD 1.39m (June 2026) plus CAD 1.38m from Sarfartoq in September, vs a burn of about CAD 0.8–0.9m a year. That covers operations, but not an EIA, pilot plant or mine, so large raises lie ahead.
- −4Geopolitics and news-driven share priceThe share price is +257% over 52 weeks and RSI 68. The company markets itself on Greenland's security agreement (23/9/2026) and on Nasdaq-listed Greenland Mines' share swap, so the stock moves on Greenland headlines rather than project progress.
- −3Coverage and liquidityA TSX-V penny stock (CAD 0.125) with no analysts, an average of about 120,000 shares traded a day (about CAD 15,000) and insiders at only 8.4%.
Plus
Only documented strengths. · 1 finding+1 of +15
- +1Non-dilutive capitalReceived $1m in cash plus 70,000 Greenland Mines shares (318,000 shares in total) for its 5% share of the Sarfartoq sale. The share count is almost unchanged (+0.03% in a year), and there is no debt.
Caveats
What the score does not capture, or where the data is weak.
Hudson Resources (TSX-V: HUD) changed its name to AnorTech Inc. in March 2024 and now trades as TSX-V: ANOR (OTCQB: ANORF), price CAD 0.125. White Mountain no longer belongs to the company: the mine sits in Lumina Sustainable Materials, where AnorTech only had a 31% minority stake. The main asset is now the Grønne Bjerg anorthosite 80 km north-east of Nuuk. The plan is to make alumina (SGA/HPA) from anorthosite, which is not commercially proven. Neither an NI 43-101 resource nor an economic study for Grønne Bjerg has been found. Cash was CAD 1.39m (June 2026) before CAD 1.38m in September from Sarfartoq. No analysts; insider trading has not been examined.
